What We Handle

We list your property on all major portals, conduct site visits with prospective tenants, and handle all enquiry calls on your behalf.

Legal Agreement

Drafting of rent agreement (11-month or long-term), notarised documentation, stamp duty guidance, and registration assistance.

Rent Collection

We collect rent by the 5th of every month and transfer it to your account by the 7th. Late rent? We follow up so you don't have to.

Maintenance Coordination

Any repair request from the tenant is routed through us. We assess, approve, coordinate, and invoice with your authorisation always taken first.

Monthly Reports

Every month you receive a clear statement rent received, maintenance spend, any deductions, and your net transfer. Full transparency, always.

This is a one time fee charged only when we successfully find and place a verified tenant. There are no monthly management fees as long as the same tenant continues.

Rental Management FAQs

We follow up with the tenant via call and WhatsApp on the 6th of every month if rent hasn't been received. If unpaid beyond the 10th, we issue a formal written notice. The owner is kept informed at every step. We do not guarantee rent payment our role is active follow-up and facilitation, not financial guarantee.
Absolutely. We shortlist and verify candidates, then present you with 2–3 approved profiles. Final approval always rests with you. We will never sign any agreement or confirm a tenant without your explicit written consent.
For any maintenance work above ₹500, we take your WhatsApp approval before proceeding. For emergency repairs below ₹500 (e.g. tap washer, fuse), we proceed immediately and inform you within the hour. Nothing of significant cost happens without your knowledge.
Yes. You can terminate the management service with 30 days' written notice. We will hand over all documents (agreement, deposit receipt, tenant contact details) and give a full account of the last statement. If termination happens during an active tenancy, the existing lease continues we simply hand over management to you.
Currently we manage properties across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. If your property is outside this range, contact us we assess on a case-by-case basis.
