Brickwood Developers was founded in 2001 with one simple belief that every family deserves a home built with the same care and precision as any landmark building. Starting with small flat renovations in South Delhi, we grew project by project, reputation by reputation.

By 2009 we were GST registered and Udyam certified t not because it was mandatory, but because we wanted every client, from homeowners to government bodies, to know they were working with a fully accountable partner.

Today, our 70+ member team has delivered everything from 300 sq ft studio renovations to 15,000 sq ft government facilities all to the same uncompromising standard.

Harendra Sharma founded Brickwood Developers with a vision to deliver not just structures, but long lasting value, backed by strong hands-on experience in construction and renovation. His practical expertise has built a deep understanding of quality, timelines, and client expectations. He is focused on creating a complete property solutions company built on trust, transparency, and consistent delivery.

Two Decades of Progress

2001

Founded in South Delhi

Started with residential flat renovations, building reputation through word-of-mouth in local colonies.

2005

First Commercial Contract

Completed our first office renovation a 2,000 sq ft fit-out in Nehru Place. Expanded the team to 12 members.

2009

GST Registration & Formal Compliance

Registered under GST, obtained Udyam and ESIC certification. First government contract awarded by DDA.

2014

Embassy & HUL Partnerships

Onboarded Embassy Group and Hindustan Unilever as long term maintenance and renovation clients.

2019

5th Government Project

Completed the DND Flyway maintenance office our 5th government project with a team of 40+ skilled professionals.

2024

500+ Projects & Counting

Crossed 500 delivered projects. Launched AMC plans and rental management services to extend our value beyond construction.
