Built on Brick, Grounded in Trust

The company was founded in 1998 as Sharma & Co., a civil contracting firm based in Vasant Kunj, South Delhi, starting with residential flat renovations built on word-of-mouth trust in local colonies.

Over the years that followed, we took on work for well-known institutional and government clients including the Royal Bhutanese Embassy, the Ashoka Hotel in Chanakyapuri, and commercial projects in Noida building a reputation for reliability across both private and public sectors.

In June 2026, we formally renamed the company to Brickwood Developers, consolidating decades of contracting experience under one identity. That same year, we applied for MSME (Udyam) registration and obtained a Digital Signature Certificate to participate directly in government e-tendering.

Founder & Managing Director

Harendra Sharma founded the company in 1998 with a vision to deliver not just structures, but long lasting value, backed by strong hands-on experience in construction and renovation. His practical expertise has built a deep understanding of quality, timelines, and client expectations from embassy renovations to government infrastructure work. He is focused on creating a complete property solutions company built on trust, transparency, and consistent delivery.

Founded in South Delhi

Started with residential flat renovations, building reputation through word-of-mouth in local colonies.

1998

The Ashoka Hotel, Chanakyapuri Contract

Established in Vasant Kunj, South Delhi. Completed our first commercial project of the Ashoka Hotel, Chanakyapuri.

Royal Bhutanese Embassy Contract

Awarded a direct renovation contract for Officers' Bungalows of the Royal Bhutanese Embassy, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.

2001

Noida Commercial Project

Completed civil finishing works on a commercial building project in Noida.

2004

First Central Government Contracts

Executed a P.W.D. (Public Works Department) work order for flat numbering across East Zone colonies, and carried out works for the Directorate General of Lighthouses & Lightships under the Ministry of Shipping, Noida.

2009

Formal Compliance

Registered for compliance documentation, strengthening accountability for institutional and government clients.

2010

Growing Institutional Relationships

Expanded our client base to include maintenance and renovation work for Hindustan Unilever and the Delhi Development Authority.

2019

DND Flyway

Added infrastructure maintenance work for the DND Flyway to our growing government and institutional portfolio.

2024

500+ Projects & Counting

Crossed 500 delivered projects. Launched AMC plans and rental management services to extend our value beyond construction.

2026

Renamed to Brickwood Developers

Formally renamed from Sharma & Co. to Brickwood Developers in June 2026. Applied for MSME (Udyam) registration and obtained a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for direct participation in government e-tendering.
