Covered Under AMC

  • Plumbing: Leaking taps, running toilets, blocked drains, pipe joint repairs, tap washer replacement
  • Electrical: Faulty switches/sockets, MCB tripping, fan and light fixture servicing, plug point repairs
  • Civil: Wall crack fillings (hairline), plaster patches, tile regrouting, minor floor repairs
  • Carpentry: Door/window hinge tightening, cabinet handle replacement, minor wood touch-ups
  • Waterproofing check: Inspection of bathroom, terrace, balcony for seepage signs (Gold/Platinum)
  • Painting touch-ups: Spot repair of peeling/chipped paint areas (Gold: 1 room/yr, Platinum: 3 rooms/yr)
  • Labour: 100% of labour cost for all covered work during scheduled visits
  • Materials: Up to plan limit per visit (Silver ₹2k, Gold ₹5k, Platinum ₹10k)
  • Emergency calls: Dispatch within response window no extra call-out charge

Not Covered Under AMC

  • Major renovation work — full room makeovers, structural changes, new construction
  • Appliance repair/replacement — geysers, ACs, refrigerators, modular kitchen appliances
  • Full pipe replacement — concealed plumbing line replacement (only joint/tap repairs covered)
  • Full rewiring — complete electrical rewiring of flat or building
  • Waterproofing treatment — actual waterproofing execution (inspection covered; treatment quoted separately)
  • Full floor tile replacement — single tile repairs covered; full floor replacement is extra
  • Pest control — termite or pest treatment is not within AMC scope
  • Material cost overrun — materials exceeding per visit limit billed at actuals with client approval
  • Damage from misuse or natural disaster — flood, earthquake, fire damage falls outside AMC scope

Common Questions

AMC FAQs

Yes. You can upgrade from Silver to Gold or Gold to Platinum at any time. We'll charge the pro-rated difference for the remaining months and adjust your visit schedule accordingly.
We will always inform you before purchasing any materials above your plan limit. You'll receive a WhatsApp message with the exact amount for your approval before any extra work proceeds. You are never billed without consent.
Both. The AMC covers the structural and utility elements of the property — plumbing, electrical, civil, carpentry. Furniture and home appliances (ACs, geysers, etc.) are not within AMC scope regardless of whether the property is furnished or not.
Emergency calls are reserved for urgent issues — active water leaks, complete electrical failure, broken locks, or situations affecting habitability. Non-urgent work is handled during your scheduled visits. Misuse of emergency slots may result in plan cancellation.
AMC plans are annual contracts. If you cancel within 30 days of sign-up and no visit has occurred, we offer a full refund. After the first visit or after 30 days, a pro-rated refund is provided for unused months minus a ₹1,500 administrative fee. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Yes, always. Within 24 hours of each visit, your coordinator sends a written report via WhatsApp/email covering: work done, materials used, observations noted, and any recommendations for future work.
